Areas of Practice

Immigration & Refugee Law

Every detail matters when trying to migrate to Canada. If you want to visit, relocate, stay, or seek asylum in Canada, I can assist you in your immigration application.

If your immigration application has been refused, I can assist you in challenging the refusal before the Federal Court or the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Civil Claims Against Negligent Immigration Representatives

Canadian immigration law is plagued by bad actors who take advantage of applicants’ trust and dreams for profit. This could include: travel/education agents pretending to be licensed representatives; representatives submitting incomplete/wrong applications; representatives promising you a job in Canada if you pay them thousands of dollars.

If your immigration status has been harmed by negligent representation, fraud, or deceit, I can assist you in bringing a civil claim to obtain financial compensation.
